“We started nine years ago with a single self-service laundry and a simple goal: to make things run better. From day one, we chose to build our own IoT system because we wanted to solve the real-world frustrations laundromat operators experienced like manual cash handling, slow maintenance, and not knowing what was happening at the shop when we weren’t there.
Rather than relying on costly foreign technology, we developed a proprietary ecosystem from the ground up. The past nine years haven’t been about perfection; they’ve been about constant improvement. By running our own machines, we’ve learned exactly where the limits are and how to push past them. By integrating low-cost IoT sensors with an open-source software stack, we can monitor and control machines in real time, process cashless payments, and automate refunds instantaneously. This flexibility allows us to grant seamless access to loyal patrons and support social inclusion by providing free services to the underprivileged. Today, we have further enhanced our customer experience by deploying our specialized AI chatbot for immediate, 24/7 user support.
